Hi, I’m Fernanda Martinez Fabela, founder of LevelEDGE Consulting.

I’m a proud first-generation college graduate from the University of Maryland (Go Terps!) and a DMV native by way of Mexico. Born in Mexico and raised in Maryland, I’ve built a deep connection to this community and the people in it.

With 10 years of experience in strategic planning, program development, and process improvement, I’ve spent much of my career in the government contracting space, supporting federal programs that directly impact our communities. I bring five years of project management expertise, having led multi-disciplinary teams and overseen high-value government contracts with complex deliverables, tight deadlines, and high accountability.

Throughout my time in the public sector, I’ve successfully built programs from the ground up, developing operational frameworks, creating workflows, and implementing systems that improved efficiency, communication, and impact. I’ve led the design and execution of initiatives that not only met compliance requirements but also evolved into models of best practice. Whether improving outdated processes or building entirely new ones, I’ve learned how to navigate large systems while staying people-focused and results-driven.
